Recently I started watching a Sunday morning show that I used to watch. It has been well over a decade in between the habit. I started before I was married and continued as the children would rise early and I wanted to give Maureen a chance to sleep a bit. Our older sons would play, and watch a bit, as I drank coffee, read, corrected papers and listened to the soothing voices of Charles Kuralt then Charles Osgood on CBS Sunday Morning.
Now I can't say for sure Sunday Morning is my favorite TV show, but having watched it longer than any other could give credence to the notion.
And it still is as good as it has always been. And I have to admit I now TIVO it to get a few more minutes of rest and for the ability to skip through the commercials.
