Nettle Tea

I was just reading a Australian blog and a post about nettle pesto pizza.  I got thinking of the nettle tea Maureen makes during the winter and how it has helped with allergies.  Then I realized.

Most of the food wonders we have experience in the last few years have been because of Maureen and her research and cooking.
